LDSCO is looking for an experienced, driven, and detail-oriented, Retirement Plan Documents Specialist, to become an integral part of our growing team. The position is a Work from Home employment. LDSCO does not practice “remote work”; rather we promote and exercise “Work from Home”. To ensure the continued success of LDSCO’s day-to-day operations and safeguard of confidential and sensitive information from our clients, LDSCO employees work from home, employees provide internet services to manage internet service protocols and safeguards and LDSCO monitors a single IP address to monitor server protocols and safeguards while using two-factor authentication. Business office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Thursday and 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Fridays.

The LDSCO Staff of Actuaries, Attorneys and Consultants are specialists in Pension, Profit Sharing, Cash Balance, Employee Stock Ownership and 401(k) Plan Administration. These services include in part plan design and document preparation, compliance testing and reporting, annual plan participant ERISA compliance statements, participant loan and distribution documentation, and the plan’s signature ready Form 5500.
