We are growing and are looking for an experienced Retirement Plan Relationship Manager who enjoys serving clients, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact every day.

About the Role

As a Retirement Plan Relationship Manager, you will become the trusted contact for an assigned caseload of approximately 120–160 retirement plan clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships while coordinating with internal specialists to deliver accurate, prompt, personal, and professional service.

This is not a supervisory position. It is an opportunity to become a valued business partner to your clients while working alongside an experienced and supportive team of retirement professionals.

What You'll Do

• Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary contact for an assigned caseload of retirement plan clients.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, financial advisors, CPAs, and business partners.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client questions while providing accurate guidance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure outstanding client experience.

Plan Administration

• Coordinate annual valuation reporting.
• Distribute year-end census requests and valuation packages.
• Review information received for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate plan amendments and communicate changes with clients.
• Monitor plan administration activities and deadlines.

Compliance & Regulatory Support

• Prepare and deliver Form 5500 and related schedules.
• Prepare and deliver Form 8955-SSA.
• Assist clients with the electronic filing of Form 5500.
• Ensure all regulatory filings and extensions are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with applicable IRS and Department of Labor regulations.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 5 years of retirement plan administration experience
• Working knowledge of IRS and Department of Labor regulations
• Experience administering qualified retirement plans
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Preferred

• Experience with FT Williams Plan Administration software
• Experience with PensionPro
• QKA designation or willingness to obtain certification
