Retirement Plan Administrator (Part-Time)

Are you an experienced retirement plan administrator who:

1. Is retired but still enjoys staying engaged — or wants flexible part-time work while raising a family?
2. Prefers working remotely, on your own schedule?
3. Has 3+ years of experience administering defined contribution plans?
4. Is proficient with ASC software?

Accelefund is a national third-party administrator (TPA) specializing in small defined contribution plans — most of which are safe harbor plans with simplified compliance testing. We are growing and looking for a skilled, detail-oriented part-time plan administrator to join our remote team.

What You’ll Do:

• Process census and perform required testing
• Prepare and review Form 5500 filings
• Communicate with clients and advisors as needed
• Maintain accurate plan records and documentation
