Stones River Consulting (SRC) serves as a third party administrator (TPA) to establish and simplify retirement plans for small business owners and their employees. SRC gives expert advice and representation, all at a competitive cost so that entrepreneurs can plan their retirement with security. SRC provides comprehensive consulting on all aspects of retirement planning.
SRC is hiring for the position of Plan Administrator. This position will be responsible for providing reconciliation and compliance support for multiple 401(k) plans, interfacing with multiple investment companies, and creation of annual reports.
Look, you know what we’re looking for – someone to handle the day-to-day, testing, valuations, 5500s and everything else for various sized DC plans that can get along with clients, advisors, and co-workers alike. We’d love it if you had an ASPPA designation or were working towards one. You know FT Williams? Fantastic! You don’t? We can teach you.
Responsibilities and Key Tasks:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
- Develop and maintain accurate files.
- Interface and download sensitive data from various investment companies.
- Reconcile data provided by clients to the data provided by investment companies.
- Analyze, interpret, and report findings to the appropriate plan consultants and clients.
- Work with lost earning calculations.
- Experience with FT Williams is preferred.
- Help complete end of year administrative projects, such as RMD checks, Vesting Uploads, and Annual Notices.
Requirements:
- This position requires 2 years of plan administrator experience.
