Plan Administration Analyst
EPIC RPS

Responsible for preparing amendments and document mappings. Is familiar with the process of updating those documents, what can and cannot be done by law, transmitting them, and consulting on provisions.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience with client and vendor relationship management is preferred
- Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) certification preferred
Tasks Performed:
- Maps Plan document provisions for newly converted Plans and offers recommended changes. Prepares necessary Plan restatements and amendments.
- Acts as a lead for production of participant and plan notices including Safe Harbor and Automatic Enrollment.
- Is an internal resource for document related questions with respect to Plan operation/administration.
- Provides recommendations of system enhancements that pertain to plan document and compliance testing preparation
