Position Overview
Daybright is hiring a Sales Development Representative for our Private Sector Retirement Solutions Segment. From facilitating initial conversations, to developing team-wide best practices, you will be an integral member of our sales organization.
This is a fully remote position.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating excitement about the retirement plan services we provide. You will be actively prospecting business owners and advisors to generate interest in 401(k) plans and related services and be contacting participants to provide rollover solutions for their retirement assets. You’ll get to work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive team of experienced industry professionals, but most importantly you’ll jumpstart your career in a crucial field. Compensation: ($50k - $60k) plus SDR Incentive Commission Plan for a total compensation of up to $90k
