Retirement Plan Actuary
Stuart, FL; Nashville, TN; Abilene, TX (or remote for exceptional candidates)
Are you an analytical, detail-obsessed actuary who gets excited about projections, funding strategies, and all

We are seeking a Retirement Plan Actuary to support our multiple locations and remote team members. You will play a critical role in helping our

- Analyze complex compliance rules, ERISA requirements, IRS regulations, and actuarial standards to ensure plans remain fully compliant.
- Partner with administrators, onboarding
specialists, and our business development team to structure and present DB/CB plan proposals.
- Conferring and teaching team members concepts to relay but also talking to all parties as needed to help the team.
- Conduct
high-level research on technical issues, regulatory updates, and actuarial interpretations, presenting findings professionally.

processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure data integrity, smooth processes, and a high level of client service.
