Position Summary:
NRECA’s Field Services team works directly with electric cooperative leaders, benefits administrators, and employees to ensure meaningful engagement with industry‑leading employee benefit programs. As a Field Service Representative, you serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for member cooperatives, providing consultative guidance on retirement, health, and welfare benefits. This role partners with co‑op HR and leadership teams to support benefit plan participation, design strategy, and overall total rewards objectives. Through education, collaboration, and relationship building, the position helps strengthen workforce outcomes and long‑term member satisfaction.

Essential Physical Requirements:
Salary Range: $106,000 - $143,000 annual salary
Final compensation determined by individual qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
