Client Service Specialist

EPIC RPS

Deliver client service for daily record-keeping, administration and servicing of assigned book of business to promote revenue growth, productivity and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree and two (2) years' customer service related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ASPPA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) preferred

Tasks Performed:

  • Proactively ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions and current pension laws and regulations. Discuss the compliance testing process/results and all required government filings. Ensure that all services are delivered within EPIC RPS' documented service standards through timely communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors and day to day contacts.
  • Daily report monitoring and management, document pertinent client communication and provide internal and external project management support.
  • Effectively communicate with all operational teams to ensure that record-keeping items are maintained for all assigned plans
