- Routinely and
professionally interface with clients, financial advisors, and recordkeepers. Drive client satisfaction, retention, and overall service outcomes for your portfolio
- Lead and mentor administrators supporting your book of business, providing direction
on priorities, reviewing work for quality and accuracy, and ensuring service standards and timelines are consistently met across facets like payroll, contributions, enrollments, distributions, and more.
- Approve loans, distributions, and hardships
where applicable
- Lead client meetings, plan reviews, and fiduciary discussions with confidence, translating complex regulatory topics into clear, actionable guidance.
- Act as the escalation point for complex service issues, coordinating
across internal teams to resolve challenges quickly and professionally.
- Monitor overall health of assigned plans, identifying risks or service gaps and proactively addressing them.
- Review annual plan valuation reports for defined
contribution plans, interpreting and reviewing their plan documents and tracking/reviewing various pieces of data

as 5500s and more
- Translate technical compliance outcomes into strategic guidance for plan sponsors, helping them understand implications and next steps
- Participate and manage the new client set up process, including significant involvement
on plan conversions
- Ensure all regulatory deadlines, notices, and enrollments are met throughout the year
- Review plan document amendments and ensure all executed copies have been received
- Actively contribute to internal
documentation for procedures, checklists, and training resources.
- Collaborate closely with the 3(16) Compliance Manager to improve internal workflows, develop scalable processes, and elevate the overall client service model
- Serve as a
resource for plan sponsors going through various mergers and acquisitions processes

are comfortable making judgment calls, leading difficult client conversations, and taking accountability for outcomes within your book of business.
- You thrive in a growing environment where processes are evolving and are excited to help shape how
we scale our service model.
- You have no problem getting in the weeds to fully understand a problem and troubleshoot, but can elevate yourself and build process and structure to ensure the problem does not recur.
- You have a burning desire to
provide exceptional customer service and know what matters most to plan sponsors, advisors, and recordkeepers
- You love empowering team members and training them to allow you to delegate and elevate up to your highest and best
use
Background and experience:
