RELATIONSHIP MANAGER II
Position Summary:
The Relationship Manager II serves as the primary liaison for assigned clients and their financial advisors, overseeing all aspects of retirement plan service and administration. This experienced professional brings deep expertise in plan design, recordkeeping platforms, and regulatory compliance (ERISA, DOL, IRS), and manages client needs from onboarding through annual administration and termination with minimal oversight. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, they resolve complex issues, lead consultation calls, and collaborate across internal teams. In addition to managing a dynamic book of business, they play a key role in mentoring junior staff—providing training, coaching, and serving as a resource for Relationship Manager team members.
