Relationship Manager II
Client-Facing · Retirement Plan Administration · Experienced Professional
You’ve been doing this long enough to know that retirement plan administration requires both technical expertise and human judgment. You can navigate a complex compliance question and a difficult client conversation in the same afternoon — and make both look easy.
You don’t need close supervision to manage your book of business. You set the standard, and you help the people around you rise to it. You’re ready for a role where your experience is genuinely valued and your growth isn’t capped.
As a Relationship Manager II, you’re the primary contact for a book of retirement plan clients and their financial advisors. You operate with a high degree of autonomy, resolve complex issues independently, and serve as a mentor and resource for the RM I team. This is a role for someone who leads by example.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Salary $46,000 to $70,000.
