We are seeking a 3(16) Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and highly detail-oriented work
for our clients and referral partners. 401K Safe is in the early stages of building an exceptional 3(16) business and is looking for a high-quality, motivated, and excellent 3(16) Administrator to service existing and new clients. Join us and help create

What Will You Do?
- Submit weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll
contributions to the plan via recordkeeper websites
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of participant deferrals and loan repayments submitted to recordkeepers
- Process and report participant deferral changes
- Determine participant
eligibility in accordance with the provisions of the plan document
- Provide enrollment materials to newly eligible participants and track to ensure automatic enrollment is properly established in payroll
- Review and verify participant
distribution and loan requests, communicating with participants regarding issues or when additional information is required
- Review and interpret plan documents as necessary
- Assist with delivery of required participant
notices
- Respond to client, vendor, and advisor emails and calls
- Ensure payroll integrations are properly managed and monitored
- Work with our 3(16) Compliance Manager on the build out of new processes, procedures, and software to
increase our efficiency

- You have a burning desire to provide exceptional customer service and know what matters most to plan sponsors, advisors, and recordkeepers
- You love dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s with everything! No detail too
small
Background and experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in retirement plan administration, recordkeeping, or 3(16) fiduciary services
- Preferably knowledge of key 3(16) fiduciary responsibilities and
duties
- Familiarity with industry tools such as PensionPro, plan recordkeeping systems, and plan document systems
- Clear communicator, strong follow-through, and highly organized.
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with
professionalism and discretion.
