We are a growing TPA firm focusing on the small to mid-size plan market seeks a well-rounded administrator with at least 5 years of experience in all aspects of DC plan administration to join our team. Experience with Datair Pension Administration, Reporter and Document Systems, Lincoln, Nationwide, American Funds, Voya, Empower, and John Hancock platforms is a plus. DB combo plan experience is a Plus plus.
Responsibilities Include
- Completion of Annual Valuation Reports including the Form 5500
- Performing all annual testing including ADP/ACP; coverage; non-discrimination including cross-testing, etc
- Overall technical familiarity with qualified plan rules and regulations
- Preparation of Plan Documents, and Notices
- Working with staff to coordinate plan services and communications
- Plan Onboarding/Termination/Restatements
- Consult with Plan Sponsors
- Recordkeeping for brokerage accounts
Applicants should have a strong desire to exceed client expectations and have an in-depth
understanding of retirement plan rules and regulations. Compensation and job title commensurate
with experience and skill set.
