Part-Time 401(k) Plan Administrator
Local Alexandria, VA based CPA Firm
(Remote)
Experienced administrator needed to manage 30–40 small business 401(k) plans.
Duties:
- Annual compliance testing (ADP/ACP, top-heavy, coverage, 415/402(g) limits)
- Form 5500 preparation and filing
- Contribution calculations, loan/distribution processing
- Plan document updates and annual notices
- Sponsor and vendor communication
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ 401(k) administration experience
- Knowledge of ERISA/IRC rules
- Proficiency with ASC, Relius, FT William, or similar
- ASPPA/NIPA credentials preferred
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines
Details:
- Remote, 20–25 hrs/week
- Competitive hourly pay
