Logo for Strongpoint Partners

Step into a high-impact role at a rapidly growing, tech-driven retirement services firm—where you’ll own a diverse portfolio of 401(k) plans and be at the forefront of ensuring compliance, precision, and outstanding client outcomes. This is your chance to thrive independently while partnering with a sharp, collaborative team, leveraging your expertise in ERISA and defined contribution plans to truly make a difference.

You’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: autonomy in your day-to-day work and strong operational support across loans, distributions, plan documents, and new plan onboarding. Add in a flexible, growth-focused culture, unlimited PTO, competitive benefits, and the backing of a top-tier industry platform—and you’ve got an opportunity designed to accelerate your career while keeping work-life balance front and center.

Our growth model is focused on people and technology, not outsourcing. We care about our team and our clients-in that order. #StrongerTogether
