We are a 43 year old family owned, customer service focused, Retirement Plan Administration firm seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Administrator. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing plan operations, and providing exceptional service to our clients and the financial advisors we partner with. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of retirement plan administration and regulatory reporting, while demonstrating excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties
- Administer retirement plans by completing year end testing, compiling the annual plan valuation and completing the annual 5500 reporting.
Experience
- Proven experience in retirement plan administration.
- Familiarity with Datair/Calcair highly preferred. (Experienced Plan Administrators can learn this system quite quickly, please apply)
- Good understanding ERISA regulations, and compliance standards related to retirement plans.
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis skills for reporting purposes and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefits information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
