We are hiring a Team Leader for our Account Administration Team in the retirement plan industry. We are a TPA located on the NE side of Indianapolis. The focus of this position is managing a team of professionals to meet firm goals. The Team Leader is responsible for training, goal setting, creating a positive work environment for junior staff, and performance reviews for the team members. Team leaders are evaluated primarily on the success of their team. For this position, an individual must have a minimum of seven years of industry experience and three years of supervisory experience.
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage a team of 2-3 staff members and coordinating among other departments
· Management will include ensuring client satisfaction and assisting with the communications between the company and industry partners.
· Assist in training staff members throughout the year
