Experienced Plan Document Specialist
Altigro Pension Services, Inc.
(Fairfield NJ / Hybrid)
Established TPA Firm in North Jersey looking for an Experienced Plan Document Specialist
- Prepare plan documents
- Participate in plan provisions calls and plan provisions to recordkeepers
- Demonstrate strong ability to read, interpret, and apply legal and technical plan language
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members, advisors, and clients
- Manage document restatements and amendments
What is expected of you to be considered for this position:
- Preferred minimum of 4-5 years of experience working with retirement plan documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to excellent internal and external service
- Proven ability to draft, interpret, and review plan documents, amendments, restatements, SPDs, and related compliance materials
- Relius Documents knowledge is a Plus
- Pension Pro experience is a Plus
- Plan Onboarding experience is a Plus
Full time position. Hybrid is available.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary, benefits, and position level will be based on experience. Benefits include: 401(k) with Empoyer Safe Harbor contribution, Paid time off (PTO) and sick leave, paid holidays, health, dental, vision, hybrid work schedule. Salary, benefits and position offered will be commensurate to your years experience and expertise.
