DC Administrator

Pension Investors Corp, established in Florida over 45 years ago, is a full-service Third-Party Administration firm servicing clients nationwide with Defined Contribution (401K, Profit Sharing), Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plan
administration.
POSITION: 401k/Defined Contribution Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform reconciliation of trust assets, contribution allocation, and
participant accounts
- Review census data collected and enter data into administration software
- Prepare Employer contribution calculations (New Comparability, Integrated, and Po-rata)
- Create valuation reports and prepare Form
5500
- Determine if an ASG/CG exists
- Non-discrimination testing
- Prepare DC valuations
- RMD Calculations
- Contribution Correction
- Testing Corrections
- ADP/ACP/401a General Testing
- Top Heavy
Testing
- Loan Balancing
- Plan Compliance Checks
- Prepare and process participant loans and distributions.
In addition, candidate must be able to perform and ensure the following:
- Prioritize activities and manage
time to provide quality client service effectively and efficiently to your assigned plan block
- Ensure that our commitments to our clients are met by proactively reviewing the status of assigned plans' periodic activity (compliance testing,
5500, quarterly statements, RMDs, etc.)
- Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by PIC to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that
could result in harm to PIC or our clients
- Develop effective working relationships with team and internal departments to provide effective service for our clients
- Provide effective and timely verbal and written communication in a clear,
concise, and informative manner to clients and financial advisors.
- Maintain and continue to grow detailed knowledge and understanding of retirement plan rules and PIC business
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 to 7
years of retirement plan administration
- ASPPA/NIPA Credentialing a plus
- Experience with Datair as our primary system, also Pension Pro, ASC, and FT Williams systems (not required but helpful to have knowledge)
- Proficient
with Microsoft Office Word & Excel
- Possess strong time management, organizational, problem solving, customer service and communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining
a strong attention to detail
- Individuals must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
