Plan Document Specialist

Your Role:

As a Retirement Plan Customer Service Associate, you'll be at the heart of our customer-centric approach. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Consistently updates system and status report to keep all parties informed during the onboarding process.
  •  Ensures internal completion of tasks by the scheduled due date.
  • Provide hand-off to the appropriate relationship manager to ensure a smooth transition for the client.
  • Document preparation will often be completed by reviewing and mapping a client's prior plan document.
  • Discuss any routine plan document-related issues with Relationship Managers or clients.
  • Offer suggestions to address non-supported plan provisions or plan design improvements.
  • Prepare and submit plan change requests in support of executed plan documents.
  • Identify procedures, methodologies, and process improvements to enhance the growing business unit.
  • Must have the ability to understand legal documents clearly.
  • Utilize appropriate verbal and written communication techniques in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

To thrive in our family atmosphere, you should bring:

  • Preferred minimum of 2-3 years of experience with retirement plan documents
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for top-notch customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A keen eye for detail, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Typical work hours: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Pay Transparency: $50,000-$55,000 a year.
