Implementation Manager

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Implementation Manager Experience Required for Consideration.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely processing, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service while embracing our empathetic and growth-driven culture at The Finway Group.

Your Role:

As an Implementation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage caseload effectively to meet or exceed service goals for quality and timeliness with limited supervision.
  • Coordinates with the clients, record keepers, and advisors to review all onboarding 401(k) documents to facilitate the transfer and installation of new retirement plans.
  • Consistently updates system and status report to keep all parties informed of onboarding activities and progress.
  • Ensures internal completion of tasks by the scheduled due date
  • Provide hand-off to the appropriate relationship manager to ensure a smooth transition for the client.

Qualifications:

To thrive in our family atmosphere, you should bring:

  • Preferred minimum of 2-3 years of experience with retirement plan onboarding
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for top-notch customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A keen eye for detail, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Typical work hours: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
