Position Summary
This role centers on building and maintaining strong client relationships while leveraging deep expertise in the 401(k) industry. The successful candidate will work both independently and collaboratively, utilizing advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, expertly guiding them through plan organization and review processes, such as ADP/ACP and 401(a)(4) testing, asset reconciliation, and compliance management.
