Who we are and who are we looking for:
The Pension Design Group, a Third-Party Administration firm specializing in Defined Contribution and Cash Balance Retirement Plans, is seeking an experienced industry professional to join our growing team as we continue to expand.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of industry experience and be well-versed in administration, compliance, and client communications, including interactions with advisors and CPAs. Familiarity with Datair Software would be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a book of plans
- Perform annual compliance testing
- Prepare trust accounting/reconciliation and annual valuation reporting
- Create the Form 5500
- Plan document amendments
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL rules and deadlines
Qualifications
- Three years of DC administration experience preferred
- Experience with Datair Software preferred, not required
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational skill and attention to detail/accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
