We are seeking a Manager of Administration to oversee and elevate the internal Plan Administration functions of our firm. As a key
leadership role, this person will be responsible for managing, coaching, and supporting our Plan Administration staff to ensure consistent delivery of our processes, operational excellence, and exceptional internal and external experience. This is a role
for someone who values consistency, thrives on reliable process execution, and accomplishes great results by empowering a talented team to do their best work.
What Will You Do?
- Manage and mentor a team of Plan
Administration professionals, fostering their growth and performance in alignment with our company values
- Oversee execution of all Plan Administration workflows - including data collection, plan documents, annual contributions, valuation
preparation, government filings, distributions, notices, mailings, and internal tracking - ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Monitor workload distribution, resource planning, and turnaround expectations across the team
- Continuously evaluate
and improve operational processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and scalability
- Partner with other department leads to ensure seamless collaboration and timely plan administration
- Maintain internal documentation for
procedures, checklists, and training resources
- Support team hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development
- Serve as a key point of escalation for resolving administrative Plan Administration issues, acting as the primary contact
for both internal teams and external parties to ensure timely and effective resolutions
- Lead with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ensure our team is living up to our service promise

Background and experience:
- 7 - 10 years of experience in defined contribution plan administration; cash balance and defined benefit experience is a plus.
- Project management or operational
leadership experience strongly preferred - even if it was unofficial.
- Experience training others or creating documentation/process guides.
- Familiarity with industry tools such as PensionPro, ftwilliam, Datair, Stax, and plan recordkeeping
systems.
- Clear communicator, strong follow-through, and highly organized.
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Bonus if you’ve worked on a merger or acquisition transition in a prior
role.

Where Will You Work?
We prefer our team members to be located near one of our office locations or open to commuting/traveling there for training and special events. However, the position
is open to exceptional remote candidates.
