The Description: The Finway Group is a Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm specializing in 401(k) plan administration, compliance, and consulting for retirement plans. Due to significant company growth, we are seeking a team member that has experience and knowledge in the 401(k) industry with a drive to leave corporate America and be a part of our family atmosphere.

Responsibilities: Raising and retaining assets across the country with a proactive approach in communication by sharing sales ideas, providing product information, offering sales support while working with our partners to increase sales and seek new markets. Primary focus on PEP’s, core TPA administration & 402(a) 3(16) Fiduciary Services.

  • Prepare customized proposals outlining the scope of TPA, 3(16), MEP, or PEP services, pricing structures and terms
  • Assist with sales presentations that highlight the features and benefits of our Finway Group services
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with advisors and recordkeeping partners
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
  • Support sales team

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of retirement plan administration services and solutions
  • Retirement plan design experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Results driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience partnering with recordkeepers, financial advisors, or firms managing retirement plans
  • Understanding of ERISA, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
  • Understanding of PEP’s, MEP’s, and 3(16) Fiduciary Services
