Position Location:
This position is remote and does not require regular in-office presence.
Position Description:
Utilize retirement plans experience and relationship building skills to accomplish mutually beneficial growth. Cultivate relationships between the Ameritas Home Office, financial professionals, and qualified plan decision makers with the goal of retaining and growing plan assets. Relationship-building is a key focus of this role.
This position interacts with plan sponsors both virtually and face to face. An ability to present professionally via virtual tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.) is necessary. This role will require travel approximately 50-75% of the time covering states in the Southeast (primary Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas). Overnight stays and evening meetings will be required.
Assist Regional Directors, Internal Regional Sale Consultants and Financial Advisors in achieving sales goals, developing business plans, and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes for your plans and participants. Guide large new plans through the installation and transfer process; including conducting enrollment meetings, reviewing the plan adoption agreement with the client, reviewing the contract with the client, obtaining signatures, explaining data and contribution transmission methods, and resolving any problems that may arise during the installation and transfer process.
