Michigan State University (MSU) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Total Rewards to lead the strategic direction, design, and administration of the University’s comprehensive benefits and compensation programs. This individual will be a member of the MSU Human Resources executive team and will lead a unit of 30 professionals in designing and delivering Benefits and Compensation programs. The annual salary range for this position is $185,000 to $210,000 for this East Lansing, Michigan based position.
