Are you familiar with ft William software, compliance, and plan administration, and have refined customer service skills in the retirement industry? The Finway Group may be a perfect fit for you!

    What You'll Do             

    • Perform annual testing of ADP/ACP, coverage, top heavy, etc
    • Prepare and analyze data for use in annual valuations and plan administration
    • Preparation and filing of Form 5500 including trust accounting and reconciliation
    • Ensure compliance with DOL and IRS requirements
    • Plan design consulting

    What We Are Looking For 

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration of defined contribution plans
    • Experience with ft william software in both compliance and 5500 modules required
    • Experience with PensionPro preferred
    • Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as: Word and Excel
    • Strong attention to detail, file compliance, and accuracy
