Hill Ward Henderson is an AV rated firm that has sophisticated clients and offers challenging work, a friendly, collegial work environment and excellent compensation and benefits. The Firm is currently seeking a qualified paralegal for its Employee Benefits Practice.
Employee Benefits Experience
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience working with retirement plans either as a paralegal or with a third-party plan administrator or recordkeeper. Experience with health and welfare benefits and/or executive compensation plans is a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance matters related to retirement plans and/or health and welfare benefits.
Legal & Administrative Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management ability.
- Professional demeanor and client-focused attitude.
Technical & Software Competence
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with ASCi plan document generation systems is a plus.
