Senior 401k Plan Administrator

We are looking for a full time senior level 401k plan administrator. This position entails the following:
- Communicating with retirement plan participants and plan sponsors
- Facilitating Plan Conversions and start up plan
- 5500 Filings
- Compliance testing
- Plan design
- Create Plan Documents
Qualifications:
The candidate must have years of experience in the retirement plan industry preferably with a TPA or record-keeper. This person must have strong analytical, math, verbal and written communication skills and must be detail oriented. Strong Excel skills a plus!
- Must be highly motivated
- Able to work in a team environment
- Detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Backgrounds in accounting, business, finance, or math
- QKA, QPA or equivalent retirement plan qualifications a plus
Pay - $75k - $100k
