Senior 401k Plan Administrator

We are looking for a full time senior level 401k plan administrator. This position entails the following:

• Communicating with retirement plan participants and plan sponsors
• Facilitating Plan Conversions and start up plan
• 5500 Filings
• Compliance testing
• Plan design
• Create Plan Documents

Qualifications:

The candidate must have years of experience in the retirement plan industry preferably with a TPA or record-keeper. This person must have strong analytical, math, verbal and written communication skills and must be detail oriented. Strong Excel skills a plus!

• Must be highly motivated
• Able to work in a team environment
• Detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Backgrounds in accounting, business, finance, or math
• QKA, QPA or equivalent retirement plan qualifications a plus

Pay -  $75k - $100k
