Retirement Plan Onboarding Coordinator

The Description: The Finway Group is a Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm specializing in 401(k) plan administration, compliance, and consulting for retirement plans. Due to significant company growth, we are seeking a team member that has experience and knowledge in the 401(k) industry with a drive to leave corporate America and be a part of our family atmosphere.

The Why:
- 100% of premiums covered for employee health, dental, life, short term disability, and $1,200 HSA contribution per year

The Responsibilities:
- Manage caseload effectively to meet or exceed service goals for quality and timeliness with limited supervision.
- Coordinates with the clients, record keepers, and advisors, to review all onboarding 401(k) documents to facilitate the transfer and installation of new and existing retirement plans.
- Prompt and accurate updates to Pension Pro to keep all parties informed of onboarding activities and progress.
- Ensures internal completion of tasks by the scheduled due date
- Provide hand-off to the appropriate relationship manager to ensure a smooth transition for the client.
The Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of retirement plan onboarding experience
- Exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
- Experience with PensionPro preferred
- Experience with PEPs a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
