Retirement Plan Relationship Manager

The Description: The Finway Group is a Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm specializing in 401(k) plan administration, compliance, and consulting for retirement plans. Due to significant company growth, we are seeking a team member that has experience and knowledge in the 401(k) industry with a drive to leave corporate America and be a part of our family atmosphere.

The Why:
- 100% of premiums covered for employee health, dental, life, short term disability, and $1,200 HSA contribution per year
- 3% company contribution to 401(k) and Cash Balance plan
- 15 days PTO with 2 floating holidays and 6 paid holidays
- Remote location can be offered if not in the Des Moines area

The Responsibilities:
- Serve as main point of contact for plan sponsors, employees, and advisors
- Provide reporting/tracking to clients for eligibility and deferral changes
- Preparation of annual notices for mailing
- Coordinate with Plan Consultants on plan corrections
The Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in relationship management in the retirement plan industry
- Experience with ft william
- Experience with PensionPro preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with PEPs a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
