The Description: The Finway Group is a Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm specializing in 401(k) plan administration, compliance, and consulting for retirement plans. Due to significant company growth, we are seeking a team member that has experience and knowledge in the 401(k) industry with a drive to leave corporate America and be a part of our family atmosphere.
The Experience: Are you familiar with ft William software, Pension Pro, compliance, plan administration and have refined customer service skills in the retirement industry? The Finway Group may be a perfect fit for you!
The Why:
- 100% of premiums covered for employee health, dental, life, short term disability, and $1,200 HSA contribution per year

The Responsibilities:
- Perform annual testing of ADP/ACP, coverage, top heavy, etc
- Prepare and analyze data for use in annual valuations and plan administration
- Preparation and filing of Form 5500 including trust accounting and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with DOL and IRS requirements
- Plan design consulting
The Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration of defined contribution plans
- Experience with ft william software in both compliance and 5500 modules required
- Experience with PensionPro preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with PEPs a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
