NPPG is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our growing Retirement Plan Services team. This position is available fully remote anywhere in the United States or at our corporate headquarters in Shrewsbury, New Jersey.

Position Summary
The Implementation Specialist is critical to the success of NPPG's Retirement Plan Services team. This individual is responsible for onboarding new employer-sponsored retirement plans and ensuring a smooth, compliant transition from plan design to operational launch.
The role serves as the primary coordinator between plan sponsors, advisors, recordkeepers, payroll providers, custodians, and internal teams to implement qualified retirement plans accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with IRS and ERISA requirements while delivering exceptional client experience.
