We are looking for a new team member to join a growing TPA firm.  We are adding a new Retirement Plan Consultant position to our staff.  Candidates must enjoy working with clients and advisors daily and must be a team player. Service and relationships are very important to us.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional client service
• Interpret and create plan documents
• Plan design analysis
• Complete compliance testing
• Calculate profit sharing allocations, specifically new comparability calculations
• 5500 review
• Reconcilation 
• Peer Review

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• 4+ years of retirement industry experience
• ASC knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of ERISA for qualified defined contribution plans
• ASPPA or NIPA credentials a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
