Senior Retirement Benefits Analyst

This position is responsible for technical and professional retirement administration work. Employee is expected to perform the full spectrum of analytic and administrative tasks related to the retirement function. This work requires strong analytical, math and communication skills. Upon the completion of training, employee has latitude for independent judgment, action, and initiative within the guidelines established by the plan document, administrative procedures, federal and state laws, and the Member Relations Supervisor and/or Member Relations Manager. This position is responsible for the completion of entire projects, performing all aspects of an assignment, including researching, and developing facts, analyzing situations, applying appropriate laws, standards, guidelines, or rules, and taking appropriate actions. The Senior Retirement Benefits Analyst may function as a Team Leader on a project, coordinating team efforts and a preparing and submitting results to management.
