Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its Employee Benefits Team.  Successful candidates will have at least 7 + years’ experience working with employee benefits including in the design, implementation and administration of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation plans, insurance benefits, fringe benefits, deferred compensation, and incentive bonus programs.

Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.  Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.  Office location may be flexible with part-time arrangements considered.
