Job Title: 5500 Team Lead
Report to: Manager, 5500 Team
Status: Full Time/Nonexempt
Position Summary:
The 5500 Team Lead will be a hands-on working team lead. This position will be responsible for the accurate filing of the IRS and DOL Form 5500, Form 5558, and applicable schedules. The lead will be responsible for addressing discrepancies and working through resolution. As team lead, this role will be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, handling escalations, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing workflow to ensure DOL and IRS regulatory deadlines are met.
