Who is Aimpoint Pension?

AimPoint Pension is a retirement plan consulting firm with a single-minded goal: delivering a better client experience through a tailored approach to client service. Aimpoint Pension is a fast-paced, employee-empowered organization that strives to be the best consulting firm in the industry. We support our plan sponsor clients along with our advisor and CPA partners in every aspect of running the sponsor’s retirement plan. Additionally, we consult with our plan sponsors to promote the design and growth of a healthy retirement plan. Through these endeavors, we are helping tens of thousands of Americans on their path to a financially secure retirement.

We are a team of more than 30 experts serving over 1,300 retirement plans in 32 states with assets exceeding $1.5 billion.

We are expanding our defined benefit team and are seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable person to grow with our group. You will work from your home office with the support of AimPoint Pension.

This role requires knowledge of defined benefit and cash balance administration.

Why choose AimPoint Pension?

Training: As we all know, training is imperative to success. At Aimpoint Pension, training is our focus. In the retirement industry, there is always something more to learn. It is ever-changing with new laws and guidance regarding existing laws from the IRS/DOL. As a result, we seek out industry experts to perform custom training for our team and support training and credentialling opportunities through ASPPA and her sister organizations. Additionally, we perform in-house training with the support of our technical experts. We have also begun interdepartmental training to support a better understanding of the operations of a TPA globally for our team. A lot of times, people are stuck in their silos of the business. Yet, with Aimpoint Pension, we want you to grow and understand the business at large. We feel it will make you stronger as an industry practitioner and Aimpoint Pension an even better consulting firm.

Remote: We are a fully remote workforce and have been since the beginning. We have a talent for supporting a truly remote working environment.

Life/Work Balance: At Aimpoint Pension, we know that our employees have lives outside of the day-to-day TPA world. As a result, we strive to provide life/work balance to our staff and to ensure that they take vacation time and have the flexibility to participate in or handle life moments as they come up. We consider our employees “professionals” and treat them as such. We find that they appreciate it greatly!

These are only a couple of reasons why a candidate would choose Aimpoint Pension. If you think this is a firm you’d be interested in working for, do reach out! We look forward to e-meeting you!
