Polsinelli, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, has an immediate need for a highly-qualified and motivated employee benefits associate attorney to join our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group in our Chicago, Kansas City or Dallas office.

Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or accounting firm experience and superb problem-solving, writing and communication skills.

Ideal Candidates should also have 2+ years of experience in a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation, including executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements (including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code), design and negotiation of employment and other executive compensation arrangements, compensation-related disclosure and corporate governance matters, and ERISA fiduciary and pension investment issues (including VCOC/REOC structuring).

This person will also work with our nationally recognized employee stock ownership plan practice, assisting plan sponsors, trustees, selling shareholders and other fiduciaries in connection compliance matters and with the use of ESOPs and ESOP strategies in numerous types of transactions.
