What we are looking for: This is a unique opportunity to be member of a growing company with established procedures and technology. 401(k) Administrators and DB/Cash Balance Administrators are welcome to send their resume. We are seeking professionals with at least 2 years experience in the retirement plan industry and a familiarity with the various aspects of plan administration, including trust accounting, compliance testing, contribution allocations, preparation of Form 5500 and participant distributions. This person must possess and effectively demonstrate the following:

• Team-oriented personality with the ability to also work independently
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Aptitude toward math and accounting

Job Description: The primary job duty encompasses all aspects of 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan administration for a personal block of clients. This includes all client communication while leading clients through the annual cycle of collecting and processing their data. It includes working with team members and overseeing work from assistants to ensure timeliness and good customer service, while helping to foster the positive team environment.
