Executive Compensation Lawyer
Trucker Huss, A Professional Corporation
in Remote / San Francisco CA
Trucker Huss, APC is looking for an executive compensation lawyer with at least 7 years of experience. Candidate should have significant experience representing public and private companies with respect to tax and securities law issues in connection with executive compensation plans/programs, equity-based arrangements and other types of incentive compensation plans. The candidate should have experience with relevant executive compensation provisions of the Internal Revenue Code (e.g., 409A, 280G, 162(m) and 83). Additional experience with ERISA and employee benefits matters is a plus, but it is not required.
Salary range: $240,000 to $350,000. Compensation depends on relevant experience.
Remote working arrangements are available.
