Lead Relationship Management team for the purpose of increasing net profits through new sales from existing clients, and sales from new business partners. This position is responsible for setting the external sales and meeting company goals. Plan, direct and coordinate all activities of the Onboarding Team in accordance with company policies and procedures, managing to established service standards.

Tasks Performed:

• Lead and mentor the assigned team of consultants and coordinators while proactively representing the clients' interest.
• Develop high-level plan design analysis, recommendations and illustrations for current and prospective clients.
• Prepare for and attend existing client annual plan review meetings.
• Assist in sales, coordinate prospecting process and coordinate conversion process for new RPS St. Louis office clients.
• Provide ongoing employee education meetings for newly eligible employees and enrolled employees and ongoing client services and consulting to RPS clients.
• Lead and mentor the assigned team of front desk personnel to streamline processes and create efficiencies across locations.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree andten (10) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years demonstrated leadership experience required
• ASPPA QKA designation required
