Pension Consulting firm located in the Kansas City metro area is seeking a Pension Systems Assistant with experience in the qualified pension plan market.  Our firm has been providing TPA services for qualified retirement plans for over 40 years.  Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, organized, and reliable.  This is a full-time, On-Site position.

Position Summary:

The Pension Systems Assistant works with our specialized Relius Pension software providing support to a team of Pension Administrators.

Responsibilities and Skills:

1. Input or import data for preparation of annual pension valuations through utilization of Relius pension software.  Assists pension administrators in administrative functions to reach desired results.  Contribution calculations including knowledge of cross-testing design.
2. Overall familiarity with plan rules including distributions, loans, hardships.
3. Excellent mathematical, analytical and organizational skills.  Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
4. Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in products such as Microsoft Excel and Office 365 mail.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Mathematics preferred.  Excellent benefits.  Salary will be determined based on prior experience.
