Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

Role qualifications

  • 2+ years plan administration experience.
  • Working knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations.
  • Proficient MS Office skills and computer skill
  • Knowledge of all types of retirement plans
  • QKA Professional designation required or obtainable.

Position responsibilities:

  • Day to day communications via phone, email, etc. with clients, brokers, CPA'S and others involved with plans.
  • Maintain the retirement plan within compliance of all IRS and DOL regulations.
  • Ensure 5500's and extensions are filed timely.
  • Gather information and send out annual valuation reports.
  • Deliver Form 5500 and related Schedules.
  • Deliver Form 8955-SSA.
  • Assist Clients with form 5500 electronically filling.
  • Plan Administration tracking.
  • Send invoice requests for annual, year-end true-up and special services.
  • Send out year end packages/census requests and follow up on them.
  • Review information received for completeness.
  • Request plan amendments.
  • Review plan amendments with Clients.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: verbal, listening and written.
  • Strong organizational skills, both electronically and paper.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Display discreetness, awareness and confidentiality of work
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong presentation skills.
