Apex Pension Strategies, Inc. provides administration and compliance services for all types of retirement plans with a special focus on ESOPs.  We are based in Atlanta and have been operating independently since 2003 serving hundreds of clients all across America. 

We are searching for an experienced ESOP administrator who can perform all aspects of working with ESOP companies including reconciliation, administration, compliance and consulting services.  Internally, this individual would not only be performing the work but also coordinating with a team to review and manage in a high-paced environment.  Externally, you will be responsible for client management and focused on quality and delivering excellent results going the extra step.  

You should be familiar with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, interpreting plan documents and performing complex tests including 409(p), dividend fairness calculations and aggregate testing.  Written and verbal communication skills are critical as well as experience with Excel and Word.  Datair experience is also helpful.
