Salary Range:   $49,600.00 - $75,800.00

Job Summary:

  • Act as the business lead for enrollment systems, both for new and existing implementations of basic to moderate complexity.
  • Manage internal and external resources to successfully implement new plans and plan changes of basic to moderate complexity.
  • Provide support to customers and partners during initial, annual, and ongoing enrollment periods.
  • Manage and perform triage for data issues and inquiries.
  • Support team development.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Act as business lead for enrollment systems, both for new and existing integrations of basic to moderate complexity. This includes:

  • Lead customer conversations related to system configuration for new case onboarding and annual enrollment support.
  • Perform system testing prior to any enrollment period.
  • Coordinate with internal resources in business and IT to ensure timely delivery.
  • Configure mapping tools to support services.

Manage internal and external resources to successfully implement new plans and plan changes of basic to moderate complexity. This includes:

  • Identify all plan and administration requirements needed to successfully configure an enrollment system.
  • Identify plan changes that require system configuration changes.
  • Make process improvement recommendations.

Manage and perform triage for data issues and inquiries. This includes:

  • Manage basic to moderate complexity data issues.
  • Perform research, demonstrate critical thinking to identify the source of issue, coordinate with internal business SME’s to assess impacts and communicate with stakeholders
  • Partner with teammates to review amendments for integration impacts and assess whether data or system changes are needed.

Support team development, including but not limited to:

  • Recommend new processes or procedures to improve customer experience and increase efficiency
  • Participation in identifying best practices.
  • Support and influence successful development of new team members. This includes mentoring, proactive coaching, training and ensuring quality delivery.

Education/Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field. Two years’ progressively responsible experience in systems administration, group insurance benefits, customer-facing project management or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.

Skills:  Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Excel and insurance plans. 

Basic/fundamental proficiency in the following is preferred:  Insurance enrollment process and enrollment systems.

Note: The Standard is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. The salary for employees working in Colorado in this role is listed below. The Standard’s package also includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
