Retirement Plan Services Analyst

We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to add to our team. Our organization promotes growth and upward mobility from within and we sponsor educational credential programs. Experience in a retirement plan administration or financial services is a
plus.
Minimum requirements:
- Excellent written/oral communication and organization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PensionPro.
- Strong analytical and problem resolution
skills
- Ability to attend to details without losing sight of the larger goals of Jordan & Associates Retirement Services or our clients
- Ability to work independently using checklists, procedures, plan documents and reference
materials with minimal work direction.
- Ability to effectively coordinate daily workload with assigned special projects
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to changing environment and shifting priorities of Jordan
& Associates Retirement Services and our clients
- Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional and positive
attitude
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, transaction processing, asset/trust reconciliation for qualified retirement
plans (i.e. 401(k) profit sharing, defined benefit).
- Consistently provide a high level of client service while communicating with clients, other team members and consultants to address all client service issues and provide necessary research,
problem solving and resolution support.
- Provide clear and concise communication regarding overall service expectations as well as procedures and time frames to clients related to questions that require further research and
analysis.
- Successfully monitor and follow-up on assigned items, including seeing problems through to resolution and closure with clients and vendors.
- Practice fundamental time management principles.
- Assist with requesting and
maintaining data from clients.
- Maintain filing, mail flow and document management systems according to existing office procedures.
- Maintain and update database and spreadsheet work logs, respond to inquiries on the status of plan
activity.
- Complete special administrative projects with minimal supervision.
- Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25/hour
