Our Retirement Plan Administrators (referred to internally as Consultants or RPCs) are responsible for the day-to-day management of a designated roster of client retirement plans. RPCs serve as a single point-of-contact to our clients, building strong, supportive relationships during the administration of a client’s retirement plan. Our RPCs are skilled experts in the retirement industry, with proven knowledge and understanding of the lifecycle of a retirement plan, compliance, and administration.
The right candidates have at least 2 years of experience in a financial service environment and a broad knowledge of the retirement plan industry. We’re looking for individuals with ASPPA QKA designation or NIPA equivalent, or the motivation to earn a certification. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field is preferred, but we’ll consider equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
