This is a remote position with a TPA with proven fully remote processes & procedures developed over 10 years+. Compassionate ownership that believes in a work/life balance and providing a culture of learning & inclusion.
Defined Contribution Plan Administrator, 401k Analyst, Retirement Plan Consultant
Responsibilities
- Administration of 401k, Age Weighted, Cash Balance plans
- Processing of loans and distributions
- Consult on plan design, IRS/DOL regs, ERISA
- Completion of compliance testing and Form 5500’s
- Consult with new clients during plan set up
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years in retirement services, opportunities for Team Leads as well
- ASPPA/NIPA designation or desire to earn
- Desire for professional growth
- Completion of compliance testing and Form 5500’s
